- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All estimates are always negotiable. We are more concerned with gaining customers to show case our qualities and capabilities. Its very rare that we cant ever work out options/plans to suit a customers needs and still do the job at the quality standard it should be!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In person estimates, estimates by photos and phone depending on the project or service requested. We always like to meet with our clients in person to discuss all details of service before any work begins. After estimate and meeting we always email out a written agreement that explains all services/work to be performed along with a materials list and explanation of all pricing and total job cost. Then after booking a date we always send out a text when we are within an hour of arriving for service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received special training/certifications over the last 11 years working with major landscaping companies in the area.
