Every property and project is different, so we price based on the scope of work, property size, materials needed, and time involved. We provide clear pricing before starting any work, so there are no surprises. Free estimates are available for most services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning what the customer needs and getting a few details about the property. For larger landscaping projects, we’ll usually schedule a time to look at the property in person. From there, we provide an estimate and go over the scope of work. Once approved, we schedule the job and keep the customer updated from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on work in lawn care, landscaping, property maintenance, drainage, planting, and landscape installation. We use professional equipment and continue learning the best methods for maintaining and improving properties in North Carolina.
