- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our firm takes great pride in offering exceptional services from introduction to ongoing management. We do not up charge on invoices or require lease up fees. Our pricing is practical and straight forward; our services are impeccable. See pricing as follows: One-time setup fee $295 We require a $250 reserve for all single family homes. Management fee is 10% of gross monthly rent receipts collected; or $75 whichever is greater. **Multifamily please call us for personalized quote. Rogers Property Management offers services for multifamily housing, single family housing, light commercial and home owner association management. We are able to offer a discounted management fee for owners and investors whose portfolio consist of multiple properties or units. Please contact us for more details. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet at the property you wish to have us manage, but we can start the process with a phone conference. We go over all the property details, owner expectations and our firm's expectations. We review all documents and contracts together as well as the services we provide. This way everything is up front, all questions are answered and everyone has a clear understanding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attended annual Federal Fair Housing and ADA/504 trainings, Legal Landlord/Tenant Law seminars, as well as other professional instructor lead courses that keep us up to date with other industry regulations and standards. The Owner, Mrs. Rogers, holds a NC Real Estate License and is a Notary Public. She's a graduate of the University of Mount Olive with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Management. She holds a Stormwater BMP Inspection & Maintenance Certificate from the NC State University, a Lead Safety for Renovation, Repair and Painting Certification from the EI Group Inc., and she is a Certified Credit Compliance Professional (Low Income Housing Tax Credit designation) through The Spectrum Companies.
