Introduction: Rogers Property Management Services, LLC may be a newly established company, but its Owner and Broker-In-Charge is not new to the real estate industry or property management. Debbie Rogers brings to the table over 10 years of professional experience and a great wealth of knowledge. Her professional career began in 2008 when she obtained her NC Real Estate License. As a Broker she assisted Sellers and Buyers of real estate. Her client care and diligence kept the process as streamlined and stress free as possible from start to finish. To this day, she is still in contact with many of her past clients and considers them friends. After a few years as a Broker, Mrs. Rogers decided to embark on a new career path. For years she worked in the multifamily industry where she gained first hand knowledge and insight as to what it really takes to maintain properties, manage others, and exceed financial goals. As a Regional Property Manager of 15 communities and nearly 20 employees, she successfully lead her team exceeding property owners and investors expectations. Orchestrating marketing plans, capital improvement projects to revitalize distress properties, policy and procedure reinforcement, strong maintenance regimes and building positive relationships with both her staff and residents were a few key strategies to her success. Throughout this time, she and her husband also began purchasing abandoned and foreclosed properties; resurrecting them into ideal rental properties that are sustainable and cash flowing. It was after many conversations with her associates (attorneys, asset managers, contractors, coworkers and the like) that she was convinced it was time to open her own business and to put her knowledge and passion to work. Standing behind the same principles of client care and due diligence she's practiced over the years, Mrs. Rogers continues to build her brand using these same important core values. It is Rogers Property Management's mission to deliver impeccable services to both our clients and residents as well as support and serve our communities. We know what it takes to establish and care for properties and we understand our owners rely on us to make sound decisions to protect their interest and their bottom line. Debbie from Rogers property management knows her stuff like Wow! She knows how to add value to a property and how to bring out all the great things a property has to offer. And she’s on it, she does not waste any time. The listing was up immediately and because of her great photos and description people are lining up to look at the property.

My experience so far has been wonderful. Debbie is extremely knowledgeable about her business and local connections with contractors and reliable services. She quickly responds, follows through with anything she says she’ll do, and goes far beyond what her scope of service is. Getting started up has been stressful but Debbie has made it so much easier and I am thankful to have found her management company.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our firm takes great pride in offering exceptional services from introduction to ongoing management. We do not up charge on invoices or require lease up fees. Our pricing is practical and straight forward; our services are impeccable. See pricing as follows: One-time setup fee $295 We require a $250 reserve for all single family homes. Management fee is 10% of gross monthly rent receipts collected; or $75 whichever is greater. **Multifamily please call us for personalized quote. Rogers Property Management offers services for multifamily housing, single family housing, light commercial and home owner association management. We are able to offer a discounted management fee for owners and investors whose portfolio consist of multiple properties or units. Please contact us for more details.   • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We prefer to meet at the property you wish to have us manage, but we can start the process with a phone conference. We go over all the property details, owner expectations and our firm's expectations. We review all documents and contracts together as well as the services we provide. This way everything is up front, all questions are answered and everyone has a clear understanding.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    We attended annual Federal Fair Housing and ADA/504 trainings, Legal Landlord/Tenant Law seminars, as well as other professional instructor lead courses that keep us up to date with other industry regulations and standards. The Owner, Mrs. Rogers, holds a NC Real Estate License and is a Notary Public. She's a graduate of the University of Mount Olive with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Management. She holds a Stormwater BMP Inspection & Maintenance Certificate from the NC State University, a Lead Safety for Renovation, Repair and Painting Certification from the EI Group Inc., and she is a Certified Credit Compliance Professional (Low Income Housing Tax Credit designation) through The Spectrum Companies. Member of NARPM & CAI.
