Just as all the other reviews indicated Lance was professional from the get go. He cleaned my entire house outside, gutters, and washed windows inside and out. His work ethics are solid. Shows up on time, goes the extra mile, and follows up to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommended.

Lance was great! He responded quickly with a price and was here a few hours later! I had both my kids and dog running around and it didn’t bother him at all! I didn’t know my windows were that bad until he was done! I got to sit on the couch and color with my kids while he did an excellent job on the windows!

Balanced Environmental Solutions did an excellent job! They sent me appointment reminders, work notifications, and invoice via text message. They cleaned my gutters, collected all of the debris to dispose of off-site, soft-washed the vinyl siding of my house, and cleaned my windows and screens. They were extremely thorough and professional. Excellent work! I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We had a very heavy accumulation of moss on our shed and house roof. Lance cleaned the gutters and killed the moss. At first some of the dead moss remained attached to the roof -- but he assured us that within 2 months the rain and storms would clean it up. Not only was he right, but without us calling him he returned and double checked that we were satisfied with the job and did some touchups. Very happy with his professionalism and dedication to a quality job. Thanks Lance!
