PlumbServe was great! I needed them to fix a leak and they did an awesome job. They kept me updated on the status of when the plumber was coming as well as the plumber himself. He also let me know what he was doing to remedy the leak and explaining the process which was helpful. Will use again if needed.

-Updated review. The owner called me up after seeing my review below and offered to make things right after having the experience I did. He really does care about customer service and the outcome after his jobs are completed. I would gladly use their services again in the future. Response was fast, next day appointment was nice. When the plumber showed up, he was a bit off but didn't want to shake hands, which put me off as I do business with handshakes. When he said I'd get an estimate, he rapidly claimed the software was down and just texted me random numbers, which were quote high vs. previous estimates. I agreed on work because I needed things done asap. When cutting a hole in my wall, he left a large gap and then told me he csnt fix it, and I'll need to hire someone else to fix the hole he made. When working in my bathroom, he got mud all over my floor and shower mat as well as carpet leading down the hall to the bathroom. Don't people wipe their shoes or wear coverings these days? The guy seemed like he didn't like his job very much, or I caught him on a bad day.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer onsite diagnostic with our technicians. There is a $79 diagnostic fee to have someone out. This is, however, not charged if we are hired.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NC Licensed P1 Plumber. This is for Commercial and Residential Plumbing.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for a license number, make sure if they arrive to your home that the number they give you is on their vehicle. It's the law.
