- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based off of the needs of the client, but I am very competitive in pricing. Bundling of services is also possible. I also give a $200 discount to all clients who refer clients. (Upon service agreement with new client).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have agreeable terms in place, I will put a plan of action in place that you can approve. Then the POA will be followed through on the timeline set forth.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years experience in the services offered. I am a certified Medical Coder & Biller. I am Quickbooks certified and have performed all accounting functions as well as budgets, expense reports etc. I have been a trainer for my own staff as well as other companies for billing and accounting.
