Came early in the morning on the next business day. Assessed the problems - which were the need to replace more than one drain pipe in my cellar. Was sent an email letting me know the cost of materials and labor. Came the next day and replaced the broken pipes and checked out all pipes. I found Chris to be very polite, respectful and experienced. Will definitely be calling Blessgen whenever I need repairs.
