I had some crawlspace drainage and joist repair that needed to get done with a short turnaround time in order to proceed with selling my house. I dealt with HydroHelp911 for a repair on a church. The initial guy that came out was JJ, then Jeremy and Blake came to do the repairs. All 3 are really great. Jeremy and Blake worked quickly and efficiently and were very polite. The repairs were as described in the original consultation. The company's estimate was also more reasonable than the other 3 estimates the church received.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process involves setting an appointment and one of our system designers will come out and meet with the homeowner to figure out what exactly they are trying to accomplish. After this, they will perform a comprehensive inspection and put together a plan of action.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed contractors in the state of NC and SC. We also attend industry trade shows to stay up to date on the latest products and services to best provide for out customers.
