- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give addition discounts for multiple piece's of glass work ordered at the same time. Examples: Shower door with mirrors or more then one thermopane windows replaced together
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually talking to a customer about what work is needed by asking a few questions and give a fairly close estimate before coming out and measuring and then confirming pricing and ordering any materials needed for there project
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have an associate Degree in architectural design drafting
