- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is difficult to breakdown without being at the residence. When looking to change out a complete A/C and coil the prices are roughly $3800 for 2-2.5 tons. $4000-$4200 for 3 tons and $4500 for 3.5 tons. The amount the existing unit in tons is labeled on the existing unit but i would like to offer a Free Quote on New units.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When it comes to repairing an existing Air Conditioner or buying a new system I know this can be a very stressful thing to deal with, so I'm here to take that stress away and explain all of what needs to be done for Free. When you call and we make an appointment to come out to your unit and develop a full detailed written quote of all the services and equipment that goes into the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Have Worked in HVAC for four years now and have installed over 50 new units. My coworker Kevin has over 10 years experience in HVAC as well.
