FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have continued business since I moved from Boone, NC at $60/hr. I provide a very high quality of work, and have never heard any sort of backlash from previous clients. The level of craftsmanship and precision that I offer is why I have set my hourly at that rate. I have recently been offering fixed prices for certain clients. I am open to communication about pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come to the residence and meet the homeowner, then get eyes on the actual job at hand. I will get numbers and measurements and pictures. Verbal communication with the client is key at this stage to fully understand what they're wanting performed and the most accurate route to get there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Architectural Technology and Design from Appalachian State University. I have over 10 years of first-hand experience in the field and in the office for a construction company. On-site experience has taught me a lot, and working with subs and other employees have truly blessed me with proper training to know how things should be performed and implemented.
