Alex was fantastic! Contacted him to replace a broken spring on my garage door. Was on time and courteous. Corrected an issue from the previous contractor who had installed springs that were too small. He checked the manufacturer stickers on the garage door and found the specifications for the correct spring size. He explained everything that he was doing so that I could understand. Job well done!

The typical process with my customers is to run a full diagnostic of the garage door, springs, bearings, hinges and cables. Lastly, I test that the opener is operating smoothly without being connected to the door.
