What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process with my customers is to run a full diagnostic of the garage door, springs, bearings, hinges and cables. Lastly, I test that the opener is operating smoothly without being connected to the door.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the garage door industry for the past 10 years. I specialize in repairs and install new garage doors and openers.
