My experience with Amanda was amazing. She is a consummate professional, loving mother, and just a sweet spirit to be around, not to include the fact that her prices are amazing and extremely affordable! She not only took beautiful pictures but she made me feel just as beautiful! Not only did she shot professional head shots for my professional portfolio and created amazing photoed business cards for me... but because of her delicious services, I hired her again to take pictures at my daughter's fourth birthday party that turned out amazing. Our experience with Amanda was fantastic!!! She came to take pictures of my newborn baby boy when he was a few weeks old, as well as my two year old daughter. Needless to say, it was very chaotic when she came over and she handled the entire photo shoot with ease, patience, and compassion. I felt comfortable with her in my home and my children absolutely adored her as well. She is a natural and completely understands children and their needs, which allows the entire experience to seemless and enjoyable. Amanda also was creative in terms of the props and poses that she used with our children. The pictures looked natural, yet captured the moment.

Amanda did an excellent job. We exchanged a few emails and spoke on the phone once, but when I see the photos she took it is as if she has known me personally for years. It was a special project and she captured photos that are candid and real to life. She came to my location and photographed me in my environment and really put the spotlight on me and who I am just as I had explained to her the importance of that aspect for my project. And as a person Amanda is professional, polite and pleasant to work with. Her work is good and her prices are amazingly affordable.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to either speak on the phone or email with the client to get a sense of what they are looking to accomplish with their shoot and final images. Once we have decided on a date, time and location I will provide some tips on how to prep for your photo session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began my formal training in high school...some years ago... and continued through college. I have a BA in Photography and Digital Art. Of course I try to stay up to date on new techniques, technology and gear.
