I was very impressed with Rich's professionalism and the quality of the work his team did on my roof replacement. He provided a clear quote with a base fee and also detailed the costs of upgrades, was able to quickly schedule the work, his team completed it in one day, the clean up was excellent, and the roof looks very nice. My boyfriend has done roofing before and he said the work was flawless. The price was also $300 less than the next cheapest quote (I got about 7-8 quotes and some were up to $4k higher for the same 30 year architectural shingle option that I chose). Another big positive for me was that Rich was one of only two roofers who did not pressure me to make an insurance claim for hail damage on my roof. I felt like doing this would be a little sketchy because I had owned my house for less than a year and the roof was over 20 years old and the damage did not really seem fresh. Maybe it would have worked and I'm naive, but I didn't like that nearly everyone else immediately suggested that I do something that ethically seemed questionable. I've also decided to contract with Rich for some additional siding work that I'm having done and I look forward to working with him in the future.

I contacted Richard about the project and his response time was pretty good. He arrived to view my home when he said he would. He provided an estimate on the spot and was awarded the job and scheduled the project. The work was completed at the scheduled time.

Estimate was high and seemed to be encouraging insurance claim inappropriately that could have put my insurance at risk. I pulled in a third party to assess and all issues were due to the age of the roof.

I reviewed Mr. Silinski's Roof issues on a Saturday morning. He has an old roof that needs to be replaced due to several cracked shingles and loss of granuals. I inspected his roof and noted he had some hail damage. I mentioned to the customer that several roofs have been replaced in the area due to hail damage. He acknowledged, many of his neighbors had there roofs replaced from insurance. He said he was going to have them look at it..I'm here to help the customers. I Hate to receive a low rating for no apparent reason..I work hard to keep my customers happy.
