Ryan Kady and his KD’s Elite Custom Building team get 5 stars for professional work, honesty in estimates, timeliness of work completion, and quality of workmanship. KD did three jobs for me: an increase in a garage header height to accommodate my RV while meeting my HOA regs; a garage wall replacement due to an aged, leaky rooftop satellite dish that led to wood rot; and an utterly beautiful, covered backyard deck. Both the increased garage height and wall replacement went off without a hitch. Work was completed within the estimated timeframes. I appreciated that Ryan fully explained all possible construction options and their costs with me beforehand, allowing me to make informed decisions. But the deck is the masterpiece. The roof is held up by two massive 12x12 cypress beams >10 ft height, and the internal woodwork is all cedar. During planning he suggested I consider adding a sliding door for access, which greatly opened my kitchen area with increased daylight while affording me a view outward across my deck and into the small copse of woods I have in my backyard. Bottom line: I received two functional construction jobs and while I get the roofed deck is construction, the deck is also an addition of beauty to my house. If you’re looking for a superb construction company, please give every consideration to Ryan and his crew.

We had an incredible experience with KDs Elite Custom Builders. They have totally saved our home from exterior water damage. They have removed and replaced all of our exterior siding, Black Board material, and insulation full of black mold. They basically rebuilt the exterior of our home. They have also built a tremendous deck for us, installed a new kitchen floor and installed new support beams under our home for stability. They are excellent contractors, and they will not let you down and will fulfill your expectations.

We typically speak by phone first to get the full scope of their project. Then, we will schedule an onsite review of their project and get all of the necessary details for their project. Shortly thereafter we will get back with them with a fair estimate price.
