JJ and Stacey are the power realestate duo. Having worked with them to buy and sell several homes I quickly learned this teams makes sure each transaction is seamless. We offer free on site estimates that are based on your situation and what you are trying to achieve! We do our best to focus our full attention on one client at a time. If we are currently between clients we are happy to offer discount prices to give you the best deal possible and keep us gainfully employed! Give us a call to setup a free consultation!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step one is to set up a free consultation so we can discuss your needs and what you are trying to accomplish. The more we know about your goals and timeframes the better we can craft a plan to meet your objectives. Once we know what you need we will develop a plan that focuses on your desires, while also keeping an eye on realistic expectations based on current market conditions and data.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a full time REALTOR® husband and wife team. Stacey has been working as a REALTOR® for over 10 years, in 5 different states. So she has a broad range of experience in residential real estate in both buying and selling. Many of the homes she has sold were under contract in under a week. I recently retired from the federal government as a fraud investigator. So I have extensive knowledge and understanding of contract law and negotiations. I also have a Masters degree in Film and Video and have extensive knowledge of social media marketing. So together we are a perfect combination that can get your homes bought or sold quickly and efficiently.
