Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Details. My work is of a high quality but I also go the extra mile for my clients. If they ask me to do a certain job fir them I'll also ask them if I can do a general "check up" on their computer and recommend anything else that may need replacing to help prevent future problems. Many of my clients say that they appreciate the care I take to explain why they need the part/service I suggest, 'cause let's face it a computer is a complicated machine and it helps to know why you need something before you commit to buying it. Helping people. the two things I find the most pleasure in in life is solving problems and helping people. My job lets me do both. It can't get any better than that.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I keep up with news of emerging technologies and how they may affect my clients and keep my clients abreast of the emerging trends as well.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I was contacted by an lady who's laptop wouldn't start. She called me and started explaining that she hated to have lost the pictures of her daughter who had passed away recently. I got to her house and got her laptop going again. The look on her face when she saw those pictures is why I love my job.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

That being a technician is not just about your technical skills. Your people skills are at least 80% of it. All techs are not created equal. They need to look for one that is friendly and trustworthy.
