Our HVAC stopped working on a heat record breaking day in NC, and it needed to be replaced. Within 20 minutes of contacting John, he was able to give us an accurate estimate for a new unit that had all the specifics we needed (including price). I had other contractors do the same, but John had one of the most competitive prices so we went with him. He said he would only need the money to buy the unit upfront (over $3K) and the rest after the installation was completed. So our AC stopped working around 6:00 pm on a very hot day. Reached out to John around 10:00 Pm and got the response in 15 minutes. He showed up on time the next morning and fixed it. Boom the cold air started blowing . Walked us through what the problem. He is very Informative,Very happy with the service and workmanship. We will definitively be using the services in future.
