Heater went out on Christmas Eve. Everyone was booked until the following week, which wasn’t ideal given it was 10 degrees outside. Christopher was there within an hour of reaching out and spent several hours trying to fix my HVAC. Turns out I need a new one, but he was at least able to explain what was happening.
