Sergio communicated promptly the whole time. It had been raining all morning/day and still managed to arrive 1hr before our scheduled time to have some old furniture/mattresses/junk(with our approval). I had my rain gear on planning to help and Sergio just started knocking stuff out left and right. I finally got to help him with one item and that's just because it was an awkwardly King mattress. His price quote was very attractive. Almost half the cost of the quotes I received...His responsiveness was something I noticed immediately. Thanks Sergio!

I contacted Knocking It Out and Sergio responded within 2 minutes. He was very polite, easy to talk with and we had an appointment set for the very next day. He showed up and sent a picture of the job once he completed it. Couldn't be happier and Knocking It Out really made our lives much easier!

Excellent work quality, excellent professionalism, and punctuality (arrived ahead of schedule - I appreciated the offer to arrive earlier than expected). Work well done and done so in the most efficient and timely manner. However, it would have made my heart a tad bit lighter to see the serviceman use personal protective equipment (PPE) or at the very least, a pair of work gloves, but that's just me. :)
