- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer an initial 30-minute consultation for free, which will serve as an introductory meeting during which we’ll explore your current habits, challenges, and goals. We’ll discuss how mindfulness practice can be integrated into your daily life to help you achieve greater clarity, reduce stress and anxiety, and align with your personal or professional goals. This session is all about understanding your unique needs and setting a foundation for your mindfulness journey.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial consultation, we will set up a one-on-one coaching session (60-min). Each session will focus on 1-2 mindfulness techniques specifically tailored to your unique goals. Drawing from neuroscience, you will gain a deeper understanding of how these practices engage key brain regions and functions that align with your individual needs. Together, we will explore how to seamlessly integrate these techniques into your daily routine to enhance performance and well-being, both personally and professionally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a PhD in Neuroscience from UNC Chapel Hill and am certified in Mindfulness Meditation Instruction from Duke University. I have given talks and one-on-one coaching in all sorts of personal and professional settings.
