Looking to find more calmness, focused attention, and a better sense of control over your life? Struggling with anxiety, stress, and maybe some poor sleep? All of these things have been shown to be impacted by mindfulness, a trait we all possess. However, similar with physical exercise, if we don’t deliberately practice mindfulness, we’re unable to reap its benefits. My background in neuroscience, combined with my personal experiences with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and addiction, deeply informs my approach to mindfulness coaching. I believe that understanding how our brains work helps people make sense of their behaviors, and when we gain this insight, we're empowered to make positive change. My goal with integrating science into my coaching approach is for you to learn mindfulness skills in addition to better understanding your own behaviors and why mindfulness can help improve wellbeing in so many different ways.
