About

As compared to all of the larger electrical contractors in town that I worked for as a helper coming up through the trade, I do not focus on speed of installation. While speed is definitely a money maker in the business, it does not always have the best interest of the customer in mind. Therefore, my focus is usually on customer service and doing the job correctly, to code, the first time! Also, I feel that it is my business to insure that any electrical installation's first priority is "SAFETY" and that there is no fire hazard that could threaten the lives of my customers or their families! My favorite part is seeing the smiling face of a satisfied customer and knowing without a doubt that I've done my job and served them well.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely! As a matter of fact, the North Carolina State Board of Examiners of Electrical Contractors requires it in order for licensees to keep their licenses active. Active licensees are now required to have half of their continuing education "in classroom."
What types of customers have you worked with?
Due my background and the small size and alternative nature of my electrical business, I typically get lots of service work, repairs, remodel work and some very unusual types of contract work with various commercial businesses or industrial environments. You could definitely say that I'm very well rounded to say the least.
