B-rads Tree Service loves quality over quantity. We love making connections with our customers. We want to make your vision come true and greatly enjoy the happiness we help to create.
My name is Bradley Woody, I started this company to pursue my lifelong dream of tree care. I am a third generation tree man whose family has been cutting trees for as far back as our history goes. I started under my uncle, Albert Lawson Woody Jr., aka Homer, as we would call him. He instilled in me many principles and values that I have made the fundamental backbone of my business. They are as follows
1. Know your worth
You must know your true value of yourself to properly provide the quality of service to our customers. A company that doesn't know the value of quality tree work often leave both themselves and their clients worse off than beforehand.
2. Be safe and do not take shortcuts
We take pride in being safe. It is not worth the risk to put anyone in danger for the sake of getting done a little quicker or making slightly more money. We would rather go slow without incidents and damage than go fast and make dangerous and costly mistakes in a field that claims many lives and can be highly stressful. We value safety.
3. Communication
It is easy to have misunderstandings. My uncle mainly used handshake deals, but over the course of my time working with him, I came to the conclusion that in the new modern climate, it is more beneficial to have more structured work arrangements. We like to have our work verified in writing as well as the regular oral agreement. We do contracts on higher amounts or verification via text or email, so there is no question what is to be done and for how much so everyone is on the same page and there is little room for misunderstandings.
4. Education
We value educating our clients on proper tree care as many old practices are out of date. Many people are being misled by dishonest or uneducated companies, so we take pride in helping people make educated decisions about what work we do and what work we will not do and why. We will help the client to make the best decision for them whether that work is done by us or a third party. We love trees, and we want you to be able to love them as well.
In conclusion, I have spent 10 years in the field and am constantly trying to improve both myself and my company to better serve my community and my lineage, and we would love to help care for your trees.
