- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are proud of the United States of America and what this country has to offer us. Therefore we offer discounts to our First Responders, Veterans, and Senior Citizens. Discounts vary by project. We have a standard pricing algorithm for each service. Pricing depends on factors such as distance, scope, depth, square footage or acreage, linear footage, sizes, heights, degree of disrepair, and any other factors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our interaction with new clients is quite simple. We obtain basic information, set up a time to perform an estimate, then work at the job site while keeping the client up to date, every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a deep background in different construction trade experiences, such as flooring, painting, framing, moving, handyman installations, plumbing, and electrical apprenticeships, as well as mechanical and welding experience, and business and accounting college courses. Our family company as a whole is very well thorough with many skills and trades. That's what makes us so great!
