I called Glenn to help revive an old irrigation system that came with the home I recently purchased. Glenn was friendly, professional, clear about price estimates, and treated my yard with care. Just moved to a new house and had multiple problems with my irrigation system. I had multiple heads missing, others leaking, and others needed replacing. Glen was incredibly responsive and had most of it working the first day out. We needed a few parts for the rest and it was fixed within the week. Everything was very reasonable and I will be using him for my routine maintenance moving forward.

Glenn did a great job on my irrigation sprinkler head replacements and adjustments. He explained how the controller worked as well. He was professional and handled my job in a timely manner. Additionally, he was price competitive with other pros. Will definitely use him again!

We are new to the area and the house we purchased was built in 1992. It came with a well established yard, along with an existing irrigation system. When it came time this Spring to have the system turned on, I called lots of local companies. Most of the time, I didn't get anyone in person, but had to leave voicemail after voicemail. Not one company actually returned my call. I did end up speaking to a couple of contractors who promised to call me back, but they never did. I decided to see if I would have any luck on Thumbtack. Thank goodness I stumbled upon Pools and Pipes! As soon as I put my information in and what type of work we were looking for, Glenn responded within 5 minutes. We spoke the next day and he came out to take a look at our system within the same week. As soon as we met Glenn, it was obvious that he is super conscientious and extremely diligent. He went through our whole system and let us know that it was going to take some work to get it up and running smoothly. It turned out that it had been bit neglected for some time. He was upfront and informative about the repairs and the cost. We now basically have a new system as he added a couple of zones and replaced a lot of old and leaking heads, rotors, and pipes. He walked us through the system zone by zone and politely answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. We highly recommend Glenn. He definitely earned our business and we are thrilled that we have him to take care of our irrigation system for years to come.

Having recently moved to a new home that had both an established pool and irrigation system, we were in need of locating a professional who had the skill set required to get both systems up and operational.
