I had my garage closed in. I couldn't have asked for a better end result. A friend said you can't even tell there was ever a door there. Now I have beautiful 6 foot wide double door where I had 2 cold garage doors. Awesome work. I would recommend Shane to anyone needing work done.

I was very pleased with the work from LVC Construction. Shane made special arrangements to come out and give me a quote. He was willing to work on my double wide when most companies would not. He came on time to install my roof in 100 degree heat. He made sure the job was done correctly and it looks awesome.

What can I say Shane worked until dark every day of the project including Christmas Eve to finish our roof!!! I think he would have stayed later to clean up if I didn't tell him not to worry and come back after Christmas. The project would have been completed a day earlier if it were not for all the extra work he had to accomplish with the multiple rotten rafters and decking that he replaced to what today's codes are on a house built in the 1940s. He was the one that did the actual "work" sure he has a helper but Shane was the one nailing every shingle to spec. The price was fair in the mid-range of all the bids we received and I think the price he gave on unforeseen problems were fair as well (I know some will gouge you because you really don't have a choice when the work is being done). He consistently sent texts / pictures of progress and the multiple problems found with options on how did we want to go about making those repairs. The roof turned out beautiful!! I will definitely recommend him to family, friends, and strangers!

LVC replaced a bathroom floor in my hall way bathroom and they replaced the floor covering in my bed bath room. Shane was very professional he responded to my request promptly,he provided me with a quote a few hrs. Later. Shane also showed up for work when he said he would and completed the when he promised. I'm totally empresses with his company and I will use him again!

    Be careful that the contractor you hire is licensed and Insured. If your contractor is willing to cut corners in his business then he may cut corners on your project.
