What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk to my customer to determine the problem or what they need done. Then we set up a time to come estimate the job in person to go over exactly what the customer needs and wants then we send a email with invoice/ detailed scope of work to be done
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I finished a membership school journeyman’s license
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’m doing electrical work when I was a teenager my grandfather owned the company and I was taught Electric Work for my father and my brother. It was a family business my whole life.
