Very prompt service, went above and beyond the contracted repairs at no additional charge. I can already tell a difference inside our homes humidity and energy use. Bailey repaired the floor joists, encapsulated under our house and installed dehumidifier and slump pump. Very pleased.

We bought a home several years ago and finally found a company we felt capable of addressing some issues that have popped up for us. 1 load bearing wall set of piers had sunk over time, and another load bearing wall was not centered over piers and sagging a little. This was causing an unlevel floor through parts of our home as well as several doors would not shut inside the home. RJ came by, explained how he would fix it, and also found some other issues we were unaware we could be facing. We were losing a lot of hvac under the house due to humidity, causing our duct work to sweat which was only increasing the humidity under the house. After doing an encapsulation, adding a dehumidifier, and adding some jacks and beams, we now have a perfectly clean crawl space, level floors, and doors that shut. 2.5 days of work and only the half day did they need to come inside to check level on the floors, walls, and doors. Keshawn and the guys took great care and pride in their work, left the job site clean every day, and kept us well informed of the progress every day. Highly recommend and very satisfied.

I called for a quote for some work that was needed on our house. . Baileys showed up, when they said they would, and offered a reasonable quote. After agreeing on the quote, the job was scheduled, only to be delayed by Tropical Storm Debby. As the job progressed, all the work was reviewed by Mr Bailey to make sure it was completed to my satisfaction. Mr Dave, the saw man always showed up early and did some of the install work himself. All the workers were exceptionally polite and patient with my questions. At the end of each day the crew cleaned up the site and took the trash away, even to include sweeping and using a blower to clear away sawdust. I like the fact that they are a locally, licensed and insured, veteran owned, business. I would definitely recommend Baileys Sales and Service.
