- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, I don't have a set or a standard pricing for the services I have listed on thumbtack. The reason is because the client at times give limited information. I do try to give clients the best pricing I can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a client is to greet myself and tell them a little about myself. I would like for the customer to feel comfortable. I would like to know a little about the customer. If a business person and a client have a good communication or understanding with one another the outcome should become awesome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certificate in the following career fields: wedding planning with finance and business management, basic business plan for event planner, event planner, bartending, networker event organizer, interior design & home styling, bookkeeping and accounting, starting your own business and travel agent. I am also currently working on getting my bachelors degree in business administration.
