They completed my project a few days ahead of schedule! They were punctual, easy to talk to and came with potential solutions to every problem presented. The team was small but mighty! I scheduled a few weeks in advance and they had an opening come up and showed up on a Friday with plenty of lead time.
My only complaint is that I wish I had more work for them to do!

Mr. Stout showed up on time, however he did not repair the shower door as was requested. It was stated that the shower door would not close. The shower door had a thick closing strip when he took down the he replaced it with this thin strip, whereas that entire area where thin strip is was covered with a black strip. The door still will not close and now it shakes. I paid $250 for this and now he won’t return my calls and correct his work. He quoted me $60/hr. He arrived at my house at 2pm he finished a little before five. I asked what the other $70 was for he stated it was for drive time, gas, and parts and labor. He showed me a picture of a receipt on thumbtack that I couldn’t make out anything on and the total was for $42.94. I can’t imagine that strip costing that much. I asked him to email me a copy of the receipt and I’m still waiting for it. He won’t answer or return my texts or calls. He said he would show me the calculations for drive time and gas so I could have all of this for tax purposes because that is what I asked for…I’m still waiting for it.
