- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I perform four different types of staging services: A "Walk and Talk" consultation, and written consultation, occupied staging and vacant staging. The consultations range from $250 - $295. An occupied staging (using much of what the homeowner already has and adding key pieces) starts at $495. Vacant staging starts at $895. There is discounted pricing for realtors with a partnership agreement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I always begin a conversation with the realtor/client about expectations and time frame. Then depending on their desires, we either begin with a consultation or the staging. If after the consultation the client decides to continue with further staging services, the consultation is worked into the staging fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Comprehensive training in staging, design, color, furniture arrangement, etc. Ongoing training with several trade partners
