Linda has worked with my schedule. As a Realtor, I have paid her as a gift to some of my listing clients. She gives excellent advice on staging and she is very personable with the homeowners. They liked working with her and some opted to add on extra services at their own expense. Linda uses many of her lovely personal items to stage, as needed.

I needed someone with an eye for style and decorating to help me prepare a home for short term rentals. Linda was perfect for the task. She had specific, precise suggestions regarding easy things to do for an immediate improvement. She and I shopped together for an afternoon to buy some things I needed, and she helped me with placement in the home. She gave suggestions for re-arrangement of furniture and guidance on paint colors for some rooms that needed to be repainted. She was conscientious about budget (mine was somewhat limited) and offered creative solutions that created high impact. And she was willing to tell me no – “No, you don’t need that giant wooden bowl” and “I really don’t think you will be happy with that picture” – for which I and my husband are very grateful. She was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use her again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I perform four different types of staging services: A "Walk and Talk" consultation, and written consultation, occupied staging and vacant staging. The consultations range from $250 - $295. An occupied staging (using much of what the homeowner already has and adding key pieces) starts at $495. Vacant staging starts at $895. There is discounted pricing for realtors with a partnership agreement.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always begin a conversation with the realtor/client about expectations and time frame. Then depending on their desires, we either begin with a consultation or the staging. If after the consultation the client decides to continue with further staging services, the consultation is worked into the staging fee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Comprehensive training in staging, design, color, furniture arrangement, etc. Ongoing training with several trade partners
