- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $111 for a 45-60 min coaching session. These are held either via Zoom video or phone call. This includes a written summary sent via email after the session, plus a mid-week check in.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to hop on a short call with the client to answer any questions they might have, and get to know a little more about them, as well as give them an opportunity to ask any questions they might have. Once we agree to work together, then I will have them fill out a few forms prior to our first session. I typically recommend working together once a week or at the minimum every other week, for 4-8 sessions. Why? It takes time to make changes. It's like going to the gym- if you only go once a month, you will get minimal results. If you are going on a weekly basis, you will have better gains and keep the momentum going.
