- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pretty simple here, I prefer a monthly contract and for a few months preferably 6-12 months to follow up and make sure the implementation is follow through. Hourly could work if need be, but customer's have to understand, it does take time to correct a businesses direction and change of thought process to make a Business Development Change and improve cash flow, employee moral, leadership, product development, Customer Service issues and stabilize an organization.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently thinking about enrolling in Six Sigma and Green Belt programs that are recognized in the corporate world for methodical thinking skills and implementation. I already do this thinking process, however, a certificate sometimes helps.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Have been consulting and growing peoples businesses for years through everyday suggestions and conversations. everyone told me I should just get paid for it, so here I am.
