I cannot say enough about how Michelle and her assistants made my wedding day absolutely AMAZING. She was professional, exceptionally hard working, and so, so sweet. Her food was wonderfully and beautifully presented, and she even cut our cake! She brought all of the things she needed, set up a beautiful display, and asked me how she could help in any way she could. She is a WONDERFUL chef - besides the fantastic service on what could have been such a hectic day, the food was also delicious. You can't put a price on peace of mind on your special day, and happy guests that rave about how they were served by someone famous! She deserves every bit of praise. I only wish I was getting married again so I could relive every bit of her service. Thanks, Michelle! 10 stars!

Michelle is a great caterer to work with! I hosted a dinner for 25 in our home with limited seating at a dining room table, and Michelle was so accommodating to prepare a great meal that folks could eat off their laps . Her appetizers were beautiful and tasty, the main course was perfect, and deserts were scrumptious. My guests raved about the meal. Along with great food, her prices are very reasonable for everything she offers.

Michelle has catered several diners for me and my guests. She planned the meals, created the menus, bought the necessary food and paired the wine. These were all multi course meals (up to six courses!). Fresh game was often used. the creative sauces she prepared for each main course were outstanding! Michelle prepared and served these dinners for up to eight guests, providing a brief description of each course before serving. The meals were served hot and on time and the quality was of the highest order. Michelle is an experienced chef and has served as an executive chef at one of the best restaurants in the area. She also teaches others her culinary craft including some of the secrets to success. She has a background in art which is evident in the presentation of her dishes. I would recommended her with out reservation for parties small and large. The assembled group will be in for a real treat!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in sculpting and painting, and an Associates Culinary Arts Degree. I teach at the Culinary Arts Program at AB Tech Community College.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I needed to pay my rent in college! I've been cooking professionally for many years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I specialize in providing a personal touch, no matter the size of the event. I enjoy the diversity of teaching cooking lessons one day to catering a large event the next.
