- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in sculpting and painting, and an Associates Culinary Arts Degree. I teach at the Culinary Arts Program at AB Tech Community College.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I needed to pay my rent in college! I've been cooking professionally for many years.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I specialize in providing a personal touch, no matter the size of the event. I enjoy the diversity of teaching cooking lessons one day to catering a large event the next.
