Outstanding service! Highly recommend!
Consultation: During the initial consultation, Ruben provided visual roofing presentation material that allowed us to gain an understanding of exactly what would be happening during our roofinstallation. We were also able to see examples of the different shingle colors and types. We ended up upgrading from 3-tab shingles to Architectural Shingles. He was not pushy for the sale, but simply made us feel comfortable with him, his company, and his competitive pricing. It was an easy decision for us.
Installation: The installers showed up early and got right to work, working into the evening. They didn't really ask for anything from me throughout the process. In all, there was very minimal interaction with the installers over the approximate 2-day install.
Post-Installation: Ruben came out to inspect the installation and noted areas that needed further work to meet his expected quality. This impressed me greatly and earned my trust. He promptly sent the installers back to my home to conduct touch-up work.
Overall, I am pleased with the end-result and the integrity of the company. I will use them again in the future.

I had such an amazing experience with MND Construction. I was extremely nervous about hiring a contractor for my new roof, but the professionalism and the patience with all of my questions helped ease my nerves. We had tried to go through someone else but they never contacted us within a good amount of time. MND had contacted us right back on the spot to set up a time and date they could come out to give us a quote on their work. They were as efficient and good as they promised. We only waited two days before they came back out and they started their work on our house. We thought that it was going to take longer than what they said but they replaced my whole roof within a day and a half!!! The work looks amazing, the mess was very minimal and I have already recommended them to anyone that I know who needs construction work done to their home! The guys who came out were very upfront about all of the costs and he kept his word. He even had said that if I didn't like it they would fix the errors (but there were none)!!! I also had my garage fixed by them and some tweaks with my windows while they were already out there. They didn't come back another day to fix it, they took the time and they listened to everything I had concerns about. I was also thinking about expanding one of my rooms out and they were able to give me a better idea and understanding of the project! I look forward to working with them more and like I said I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that I know! I am very pleased with their work! Thank you so much MND! You guys are truly awesome!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, we meet with our clients at the property to discuss their needs and desires. We factor in short and long term goals to develop a priority list and overall strategy for their home improvement. Directed by a budget and a target scope of work, we deliver only the highest quality of materials available in order to complete the project. Our sales team maintains continual contact with the homeowner throughout the entire home improvement process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are factory certified with all manufacturers that we use. We are also VSI certified and licensed, bonded and insured in the state of North Carolina.
