By far the best contractor I have ever worked with. From the very beginning Michael Bradley was right on time with a thorough visit to my home and provided a detailed, descriptive and fair quote. In fact, his quote beat most all other prices I received for the same high quality work right from the start - no need to negotiate. When it came to the installation - wow! The Project Manager Brent Abendroth was the most professional and knowledgeable job manager I have ever been around. They had a full crew and every crew member knew exactly what they were doing and worked together as a team the whole day. And did I mentioned the whole roof was replaced including any needed repairs in one day. I knew how good Benton was with commercial roofs but they truly proved they are just as exceptional in residential roofing. I would highly recommend them for all your roofing needs - no hesitation.

My HOA needed one building's roof patched immediately following Hurricane Helene. In less than a week of the storm Benton Roofing was onsite and explained what was needed, how they were handling it and even removed a tree from my yard! We hired them to replace the entire roof. Mike Bradley was my point of contact. He helped with everything and patiently answered all of my questions. There were a lot! When it was time to have roofers onsite, Brandon, amazing project manager, called me and walked me through the entire process. On the first day, Brandon was here and we spoke. He reassured me everything would be done professionally and it shouldn't take more than two days. His workers were done in ONE DAY! Brandon followed up and made sure the HOA was satisfied. Of course we are! From scheduling to billing, these guys are way superior to all I have worked with in my 30+ years in real estate. Did I mention that even their billing department is kind, friendly and helpful???? These guys rock AND VERY AFFORDABLE! Benton Roofing was the only company who would even return my call after a tree fell on our home during Hurricane Helene. They came out and gave us an estimate quickly. Then helped with photos and estimate adjustments during the five months we argued back and forth with our insurance company. The day finally came that we could get our roof repaired and the crew began arriving right at 7 am and did not leave until the work was completely finished. Their professionalism and hard work definitely stands out in todays world. Mike and Brandon in Hendersonville came out the next day for a final walk through and made sure the work was done correctly and that we were satisfied. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Benton has done roofing projects for me in the past and a few repair calls. Always been happy with their communication and their work. They replaced my entire shingled roof and the experience was great. Did it in less time than they estimated it would take and their price waas fair.
