I was so impressed with William and his helper today! They installed two smart thermostats and made time to do a full-service check n both of my a/c units. My experience with William was very positive. He seemed somewhat young (at least to me in my 70’s!) and he had not been to my home before, so I hung around a bit and asked questions. I was impressed with his knowledge and observations about my oil furnace and heat pump, an obviously established routine to ensure he didn’t miss anything, and the professionalism with which he approached me and his routine inspection of my system. I will be asking him to return next spring.
