My experience with William was very positive. He seemed somewhat young (at least to me in my 70’s!) and he had not been to my home before, so I hung around a bit and asked questions. I was impressed with his knowledge and observations about my oil furnace and heat pump, an obviously established routine to ensure he didn’t miss anything, and the professionalism with which he approached me and his routine inspection of my system. I will be asking him to return next spring.

William was great to work with. I needed someone to come check out my thermostat because aux kept running. He came on time and took a look at everything to make sure it was good. He explained everything to be as well and answered all my questions. I will be hiring him for all my future hvac needs.

I was so impressed with William and his helper today! They installed two smart thermostats and made time to do a full-service check n both of my a/c units. I saw before & after photos and received great feedback on all of my questions. Elite did such a great job that I signed up for their annual service plan because I definitely want these guys keeping my equipment in good shape!
