I had the pleasure to work with Gary Cooper who remodeled my bathroom. We had good communications together and Business was easy. He delivered what he promised and there were no issues with price or materials. His employees were very nice and did a very good job as well. No complaints whatsoever.I am very happy with the entire experience and will not hesitate to recommend Palmetto Bath to anyone.

Gary made the process of getting my parents bath remodel easy and efficient. They needed a walk-in shower as they have mobility issues. Garys crew got the entire remodel completed in 2 days. It looks great and includes all the safety features they needed.

They were honest, professional, reliable, efficient, and extremely hardworking! I am over the moon excited to finally have this beautiful bathroom to call my own. Thank you, thank you, thank you for a dream come true.Wow!! I have been wanting to remodel my 37-year-old bathroom for years. After receiving other quotes in the area, I thought it wasn't going to be financially possible. I am so excited after meeting with Gary at Palmetto Bath and Home of Asheville today... it is possible!! His quote was thousands below the others. His experience and expertise in custom designing my dream bathroom were top-notch!! He helped me with every single detail. I cannot wait to see the finished product!! I'll be sure to write a follow-up review when finished!!

The work has not been started but the process so far has been very positive. Kaitlyn, who helped me set up the appointment, was professional and helpful. The sales representative (Ryan) did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. He clearly answered all my questions and his follow up has been outstanding. One singularly impressive thing about Ryan was that he kept his appointment with me after being involved in an accident in which his car was totaled. Even though he had to hire an Uber, he still met with me as previously arranged. I hope the installers can live up to the standard he has set.

We had a wonderful experience with Palmetto Bath, Gary was wonderful helping us plan our bath to shower conversion. Our daughter loves her new shower and vanity. The crew was very friendly and did a great job from start to finish!
