My experience with Joyce Factory Direct was outstanding from the initial design consultation with Nicole to the installation of my walk-in shower with Taylor Pollio and his crew. He reviewed all of my choices with me and discussed where and how I wanted everything installed. He and his team did meticulous work and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend both Joyce and Taylor. True professionalism from start to end!

Demo of existing and new shower installation. The two man team was very polite and explained the procedure before starting. All aspects of the build was completed with professionalism and care for the surrounding areas. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend the company and (Austin and Jordon) the install team. In order to properly size the glass door final measurements were done after completion. This was explained to us from the start so that was not a problem.Thank you for a job well done!!

Expensive...but good does not come cheap! Excellent quality and service. Installation team was outstanding...other than the new bathroom, you couldn't tell they were there!

We went through a very informative and objective presentation by Caitlin Berkenstock about replacing a tub with a walk-in shower for my elderly mother-in-law. Caitlin did a terrific job explaining all the options available on tile, color, and amenties. She explained their products thoroughly, comparing them to competitor's products, and showing why Joyce has the quality, yet Caitilin wasn't derisive about other competitorssomething that impressed me a lot. She was patient with all our questions as well. I highly recommend her as a representative of Joyce Factory Direct.
