My homes 7 yr old hvac unit stopped working back in December. Blu Air came out and found that my compressor was shorted causing the breaker to trip and quoted to replace the compressor. Had 2 other estimates that were between $2300 and $2700. Blu Air was the only one to check if it still had any warranty coverage from the manufacturer. Compressor was covered but labor materials and new refrigerant is not covered under manufacturers part warranties. Saved me $1200. Did great work and very satisfied.

Had them come out in the fall to check our ac unit that quit right at the end of the season. Was a second opinion behind another company. The diagnosis was the same, but the repair cost was half what the other company quoted. Will use them again if the need arises. Good experience.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is Flat Rate pricing, Price for a repair can range from $95 to $2,800 depending on the issue and includes Labor, part procurement, materials, and business overhead (insurance, gas, vehicle, phone, internet, CRM software, etc) Cost of doing business. We all have it, but I try to keep mine minimal. 15% discounts For vets, 1st responders, and seniors 65 and up.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting info such as name address email phone number and issue. Entering that customer into my CRM system for future ease of scheduling and contacting. All work history, orders, and invoices are saved for future reference.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 years HVAC/R Tech school training and 20 years experience in residential service.
