- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My discounts are not permanent unless otherwise specified. They come and go with the seasons, so if you are interested in taking advantage of them, get in contact before they expire!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to tell a customer what to expect before I complete the job. I like being clear about my service and what all it entails. I also like having quick communication and not waiting on each party to respond.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the trades for 5+ years doing drywall, carpentry, framing, flooring, septic, public utility’s, HVAC, and more. I would say the diversification of these jobs has given me a different, possibly more efficient approach than some.
