Jeremy was very responsive and explained the process. He resolved the problem without having to purchase a new panel. He also serviced and tuned the motor for the garage to accommodate the conditions.

Jeremy and his wife with Door Dummies were fantastic. They responded quickly and made it to our house in less than two hours, even though they were coming from over an hour away on a Friday night. They were friendly, personable, professional, and did excellent work getting our garage door repaired quickly. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the after-hours service. I really appreciated how responsive and easy they were to work with. Highly recommend Door Dummies!
Door Dummies LLC's reply
When a customer takes the time to leave us a review on Google, Thumbtack AND Yelp... Alan, thank you. Seriously. We’re a small family business, so every review, recommendation, and kind word helps more than people realize. Knowing you felt taken care of enough to share your experience in three different places absolutely made our day. Thank you for trusting Door Dummies with your home and for going out of your way to support our family business. This is what local support looks like.

I had a spring pop on my garage door on a Friday afternoon, and within 3 minutes of posting on Thumbtack, Door Dummies had called me and had committed to showing up for an onsite assessment that night!
I was very impressed with the knowledge, skill, and value I received, and the new, custom springs were on my door by Monday.
I will be hiring them again when the springs on my other door need to be replaced!

Details: Repair • Drum or torsion spring • Aluminum • Home
