Jeremy was very responsive and explained the process. He resolved the problem without having to purchase a new panel. He also serviced and tuned the motor for the garage to accommodate the conditions.

I had a spring pop on my garage door on a Friday afternoon, and within 3 minutes of posting on Thumbtack, Door Dummies had called me and had committed to showing up for an onsite assessment that night! I was very impressed with the knowledge, skill, and value I received, and the new, custom springs were on my door by Monday.
