Thank you for your feedback. I conducted a walk through with the property owner when finished , who expressed satisfaction with the work. The house had not been lived in for 19 years, and additional efforts, such as wiping down the walls, were undertaken. Some areas, like the back hall and living room, had limited lighting, which may have resulted in missed cobwebs. I agreed to return the following day to address any issues, but when I tried to follow up, I did not receive a response until the next morning. Unfortunately, I was unable to return that day but offered to come back the next day. When you requested a refund, I reiterated my willingness to fix any issues, but you declined, opting to handle it yourself. I put in seven hours of work and am dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please let me know if there's anything I can do to improve this situation for you.
