Mr. Terry was not only professional, quick to reply and on time but he did a great job. He was able to work us in quickly for repairs to a door and frame and did a great job. He made certain everything was like the frame/door was never damaged. I only wish he worked in more cities so I could refer him to all my friends and family!

John got back to me quickly, scheduled my job within a few days, and showed up right on time. He was forthright with what it would take to fix my door, and he worked quickly and cleaned up completely. The price was exactly as quoted, which was reasonable to begin with. Despite some unforeseen setbacks, Mr. Terry and his team (special big thumbs up to Dino!) persevered and gave us a high quality work at a reasonable price. They are very attentive to detail and worked hard to make sure we were totally satisfied. He kept us informed every step of the way. I love our smooth ceilings! No more popcorn texture!! I would definitely recommend and use Mr. Terry's company again.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All standard estimates are free. There is a 50.00 fee for all insurance estimates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set an appointment with the client giving them an opportunity to assure themselves they are hiring the right company for their work request. We provide references and photos of previous projects upon request. I discuss the details of the work request.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Diploma in Residential Carpentry & Cabinetmaking.
NCCER certified instructor
