The technicians were quite knowledgeable and provided great service. The main technician Najeeb was courteous to make a second visit on my request to ensure everything was okay with the fixes they made the day before. He was also responding to my text messages late in the evening when I had issues with my A/C unit. The reason I gave a 4 star verses a 5 star was because I thought they were a bit expensive even after a 10% discount.
