Recently I have had the misfortune of having to deal with lots of contractors and on almost all the jobs they are late or some don't even show. I was so pleasantly surprised when Najim showed up 3 minutes before he promised and got to work quickly and communicated clearly what he was going to do. I am very happy with the service I received for my AC not working properly. I would highly recommend for prompt and professional service.

The technicians were quite knowledgeable and provided great service. The main technician Najeeb was courteous to make a second visit on my request to ensure everything was okay with the fixes they made the day before. He was also responding to my text messages late in the evening when I had issues with my A/C unit. The reason I gave a 4 star verses a 5 star was because I thought they were a bit expensive even after a 10% discount.
