My 13 year old daughter was having problems with her computer. My husband and I know very little about electronics. Nick showed up and we thought he’d hit the basics but he did so much more. He talked not only to me but to my 13 year old daughter like a person and not just a kid. He showed her how to open her computer and how to add RAM and storage. He gave her tips on how to keep her computer running efficiently, the pros and cons of certain antivirus softwares, and the differences in brand names of hardware. She had a big smile on her face after Nicks visit. Thank you, Nick, for being so professional and treating my daughter with such respect. We will definitely reach out to you in the future!

We are extremely happy that we landed upon The Family I.T. Guy to help us with our increasingly awful printer & scanning problems, and a couple other obnoxious computer complications. It's wonderful to have a computer Guy who deeply knows his stuff, & is honest, reliable, easy to understand, very helpful, etc...etc...,just show up at your door on time & so soon after you frantically Googled for assistance with something you just don't understand nearly well enough in this technologically overly advanced day & age.
