- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to discuss the client's issue over the phone first to find out what the client is seeking and whether I can help. I can then provide an estimate of cost and an initial consultation can be scheduled. I can also do an online consultation to avoid physical contact during this pandemic.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed in three states, Florida, Georgia and North Carolina. I am a certified superior civil court mediator and participated in the Wake County pilot program for arbitrators.
